Alabama Abstraction is a two-person exhibition featuring the paintings of William Dooley and Alex McClurg. Dooley is the director of the Moody Gallery at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and McClurg, a graduate of UT's School of Art MFA program, is the preparator at the Birmingham Museum of Art.
